The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Installer who can take ownership of jobs from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run crews, coordinate installs, and ensure work is completed professionally and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
– Lead commercial HVAC and refrigeration installations
– Manage install crews and jobsite execution
– Coordinate with office and project management teams
– Ensure installs are clean, correct, and completed to a high standard
